  3. The Information containing on this site cannot be reproduced or used for publications without the written permission of administration «arancmijnordi.am». Copying of the information containing on the given site can be carried out only by physical persons for a private use.

  4. Under no circumstances the site administration «arancmijnordi.am» does not bear a damage liability, losses or the expenses which have arisen in connection with the present site, its use or impossibility of use.

The General Rules

Attention! The given rules concern any announcements which are published on a site «arancmijnordi.am». Infringement of rules of the publication can lead to restriction of access on a site on long term.
  1. The Publication of identical announcements from different profiles is not supposed. The user can have only one account on a site.

  2. To the publication the announcements received only from the corresponding city and nearby region (the region specified in the announcement should correspond to an actual site of the object specified in the announcement) are accepted.

    Example: «the 1-room Apartment in Gyumri», the region specified in the announcement should be Gyumri, instead of Yerevan, Vanadzor and etc.

  3. At announcement placing please remember that:
    1. the announcement should contain as much as possible detailed information on the goods which you offer / search,

    2. the announcement heading should correspond to its maintenance,

    3. the announcement should not contain your contact data in the heading (phone, address, e-mail and etc.),

    4. the announcement should not contain name or site addresses (URL) the company offering the goods in the heading,

    5. the announcement should not contain the price in the heading or sites of the goods offered by you,

    6. the photo showing the goods offered by you should correspond to heading and the announcement text. On a photo only the offered object should be represented. The photo should not contain a logo, a brand, the name of the company or any other advertising information, and as the contact information: phone, e-mail and etc.

    7. Only 1 subject of sale/rent and etc. is resolved in each announcement. If you have a considerable quantity of offers please place them in separate announcements. In a case if one announcement will be listed more than 1 offer of the purchase/sale/rent and etc. the announcement will not be admitted to the publication.


  4. Edition reserves the right to itself for removal of announcements if they mismatch subjects of the chosen sections, or mismatch rules of the publication of announcements on arancmijnordi.am, and as the right to limit quantity of announcements from one user with a view of convenience of visitors of our site without an explanation of the reasons.


Announcements containing one or more of listed below are not accepted to the publication on our site:

  1. offers of services and the goods regarded by the current legislation of Republic of Armenia as illegal

  2. offers of sale of medical preparations and food additives

  3. about the purchase\sales of spirits

  4. offers of sale/purchase of human bodies

  5. not standard lexicon and also offensive statements including racist and religious sense

  6. a pornography, including a photo of pornographic character

  7. swindle, extortion

  8. appeals to violence and illegal actions

  9. discrimination on national, racial, religious, sexual and on other signs

  10. are not supposed to the publication of the announcement of foreign currency purchase-sale

  11. are not supposed to the publication of the announcement of purchase-sale of the state awards of Republic of Armenia, personal documents, and also forms of these documents

  12. are not supposed to the announcement publication which maintenance breaks the standard norms of morals

  13. are not supposed to the publication of the announcement with offers of purchase/sale of databases (for example: under the real estate, bases E-mail - addresses, and ect.)

  14. announcements of sale/purchase of the pornography, operating fire and a cold steel, canines of a walrus, tusks of an elephant and a mammoth not in a product, also precious metals and jewels not in a product


Restriction of quantity of announcements submitted by the user, or by the organisation

  1. User can place only 1 announcement in 1 heading with the offer of the certain goods/service. The announcements repeating primary within one day, will not be published. Purposeful infringement of the given point can lead to restriction of your access on a site arancmijnordi.am for a long term.

  2. giving of announcements with the same heading and text from one user is not supposed.

  3. If at one user is some announcements with the offer of purchase/sale of one goods/service similar under the maintenance, i.e. as a matter of fact is one and too the announcement formulated by different words, these announcements are considered as doubles and leave. Remains only announcements with the unique maintenance.

  4. announcement giving should be carried out directly in region in which there are goods/service (or their search is made).


The possible reasons of removal of announcements

  1. the given seller already has an active announcement with the advertising of these goods;

  2. the basic fields of the announcement are not filled;

  3. the information containing in the announcement contradicts a policy of a site;

  4. the information containing in the announcement is incorrect;

  5. the heading of the announcement does not contain the information on the offered/demanded goods. An example of incorrectly made heading: «I Will sell!», «the purchase!», «it is urgent!», «it is cheap!» «The favourable offer» and etc.

  6. the announcement heading is made with use of the top register, except for the first letters of header words and proper names. Entirely in the top register abbreviations can be written only. An example of a wrong writing: «I WILL urgently buy GARAGE»;

  7. the announcement heading contains repeating exclamatory and question marks, dots and other signs. An example of a wrong writing: «**** I Will sell apartment, cheaply!!!»;

  8. In the text or announcement heading plural spelling and punctuation errors contains;

  9. the announcement heading contains the information on the goods price (the price it is necessary to specify in the corresponding column);

  10. the photo has no obvious semantic communication with the text of the announcement or does not serve the purpose adequately to illustrate the announcement text.

  11. the photo contains elements of the user interface, abstract drawings, etc.

  12. the photo contains any advertising information (a logo, the name digging, co-ordinates and ect.)

  13. the photo has excessively bright background.

  14. the photo of the bad quality, a represented subject it is indiscernible.

  15. It is forbidden to specify following words and word-combinations in heading and the text of announcements: Urgently, very urgently, etc.



Access to the personal information of users

  1. All information containing in announcements submitted on a site is public, except for the password for access to personal section of the user and the information containing in given section.

  2. Access of the user to change the information containing in announcements is made only on the basis of a unique login and password chosen by the user at registration.

  3. Responsibility for safety of the password is carried only by the user.
